Yeah, how the Yankees are gonna make the playoffs when everyone wrote them off. They did so by farming the players from the minors and developing young talent like Clemens, AROD, Matsui and the rest of the team.... ok I lied a lil in there somewhere.

Well Ankiel still can be a feel good story. His purchase pre-dates it being illegal by major league baseball and also was shortly after he had major surgery. Perhaps trying to speed his recovery or such. It sucks, but until something comes out of more recent purchases, he will just be another person who did it. I'd guess that around that time, if you didn't have 70% or more on something, it be a shock.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
